So I’m back on gluten. SCORE!! My stomachaches came back and I figured I was justified in eating wheat again. Oh bread, sweet bread, I love you.

I had the blueberry flavor. I licked the lid and very nearly vomited. I give it zero stars. Ew, ew, ew.

Still working on quitting dairy. Ate a bit of cheddar on Monday night and mac & cheese on Tuesday and felt it, so bad, afterwards. Ugh. No more!
Last night the boyf surprised me with the above treats. Fucking awesome — both the fudge pops and him.

Adventures in fancy and over-priced yogurt: Rachel’s (currently eating Exotic Mango Pineapple Passion Fruit). Delicious, but I think I paid like $4 for it or something.
So I made the same yummy breakfast that I blogged about yesterday but with one amazing addition.
I went to the farmers market this weekend and bought garlic and herb cream cheese. I added this to my english muffin, egg, tomato combo.
It may sounds weird but it was super yummy. You could also substitute herb goat cheese and probably get the same effect.

-1 Babybel cheese thing
-way too many mini ritz crackers
-one bowl of pho from the new vietnamese place
-one half of a crappy spring roll (honestly, how is it possible to mess up a fried roll of vegetables?)
-one tall non-fat-no-foam latte with an extra shot
Am at work now trying not to eat out of pure boredom. I have a bunch of fruit and vegetables in the fridge here. All I want is a big bowl of salt.

mushroom barley soup
rice
like 3 gluten-free cookies
box of gluten-free crackers
gluten-free cheddar biscuits
(UGH, VOM)
1 big chocolate chip cookie
4 16-oz glasses of water
1 granola bar
1 cup of steel-cut oatmeal from Lemmonex’s recipe
1 piece of strawberry-rhubarb pie
3 (4?) cups of coffee
Thank goodness tomorrow’s another day. Eesh.
