Week 2 of the Couch-to-5k running plan

Let’s see if it’s as easy as Week 1.

Consumed today:

Breakfast: 2 hardboiled eggs, fruit salad (no wheat!)

Lunch: turkey rice soup, side salad with cottage cheese

Dinner will be hard to plan since when I bought groceries this week, I was not planning to be gluten free.
